"The 1989 Honda RTL 250S is a highly regarded, hand-built HRC (Honda Racing Corporation) air-cooled four-stroke trials bike, representing the culmination of the 250cc air-cooled mono-shock development cycle (1986–1989). It was known as the "ultimate trials machine" of its time, featuring significant improvements in power and usability over its predecessors".
