Carslink.ai is not affiliated with AutoTrader, Motors.co.uk, eBay, heycar, Cinch, Gumtree, PistonHeads, Parkers, or any other third-party platform unless explicitly stated.

3.2 Listing Accuracy

Listings are derived from dealer stock feeds. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability. Always verify with the seller.

3.3 Not a Dealer or Broker

Carslink.ai does not buy, sell, lease, or broker vehicles. We are a search and information service only.

4. User Accounts

Provide accurate information. Maintain confidentiality. Report unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use for unlawful purposes, scraping without consent, unauthorised access, or spam.

6. Dealer Terms

Dealers may list stock at no cost. Dealers are responsible for data accuracy and compliance with consumer protection legislation. Dealers grant a non-exclusive licence to display stock data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content owned by AutoProv Ltd or its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is". Total liability shall not exceed £100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AutoProv Ltd from claims arising from your use.

10. Modifications

We may modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
