Overview

Capels Van Centre is a used van dealership located in Pengam, Caerphilly, with over 70 years of experience in the commercial vehicle trade, offering a large selection of handpicked, low-mileage light commercial vehicles [3]. They provide an on-site workshop for servicing, repairs, and diagnostics [3]. Customer feedback often highlights the friendly and knowledgeable sales team, the quality and presentation of their vehicles, and strong aftersales support, including proactively resolving issues post-purchase [2, 3, 5, 8, 10]. However, some past reviews indicate issues with communication regarding vehicle availability and the sales process, such as not being informed when a viewed vehicle was sold or about deposit options [4].
