All data you submit must be accurate, complete, and meet our quality standards. You're responsible for the listings you manage.
How It Works
Submit Your Enquiry
Tell us about your business, how you work with dealers, and the volume of stock you expect to manage. We'll take it from there.
We Review Your Application
Our team reviews all applications within two business days. We may reach out to clarify details or arrange a short call.
Sign the Partnership Agreement
If approved, you'll sign a digital partnership agreement before receiving access to the Authorised Upload Partner portal.
Start Uploading Dealer Stock
Your dealer clients opt in and their stock starts appearing in Carslink.ai search results. Buyers click straight through — no middlemen, no friction.
Before You Apply
- A digital partnership agreement must be signed before accessing the partner portal. There is no cost to apply or to join.
- You are responsible for ensuring all data you submit is accurate, complete, and meets our quality standards.
- Dealer stock must be refreshed at least once every 24 hours to remain live on the platform.
- All dealer accounts created through your activity belong to Carslink.ai. Your role is to manage the stock upload process on their behalf.
