Description
With us now at RFH Classics we are delighted to offer this truly outstanding 1970 (H) MGB GT, a car that quite simply stands apart from the crowd and without question one of the cleanest GT’s we have had the pleasure of offering for sale in many years. The tyres are all in excellent condition, while the chrome work throughout presents beautifully. Inside, the car continues to impress to the same high standards. The original weave style seats are in excellent condition and are complemented by what appear to be virtually unworn quality carpets together with excellent black vinyl trim throughout. A Moto-Lita wood and chrome steering wheel adds a tasteful sporting touch to the interior, while a period radio discreetly upgraded with USB functionality provides modern convenience without spoiling the classic feel of the car. A particularly lovely original detail is the ‘T Shipside Ltd’ rear window sticker which we believe relates to the British Leyland main dealer in Nottingham that originally supplied the car new. Under the bonnet sits the dependable 1.8 litre lead free four-cylinder petrol engine, paired to a four speed manual gearbox complete with fully functioning ove
